Challenge: Coordinating quotation approval across multiple stakeholders with different availability schedules, while preventing bottlenecks in the approval pipeline. Solution: Built a priority queue-based assignment system that factors in staff workload and department capacity. Implemented notification chains that escalate stalled quotations after configurable SLA thresholds, reducing average approval turnaround time.
